Leasing Out Your Property

In Thailand, it is standard practice for the property owner (landlord) to pay the brokerage fee.

For a 1-year lease agreement, our brokerage fee is 1 month’s rent based on the agreed rental amount.
At the time of lease renewal, a renewal fee equal to 50% of 1 month’s rent will be charged.

We work to secure tenants as quickly as possible in order to reduce vacancy periods. To achieve this, we do not rely only on our own marketing efforts, but also actively cooperate with other agencies.

Please note: the agreed rental amount refers to the total contract rent, including any optional charges.
